Trek
I picked up my new toy today. Even though it is only an entry level road bike but man she is one fast and beautiful looking machine.

Today is the last day of my vacation, and it is also the end of Aunt Alison, Heidi and Sandy’s US east coast tour. Over the last 7 days we went to NYC, Phili, Maryland’s Inner Harbor, Washington DC, Providence RI, Foxwwod Casino CT, Boston MA, Niagara Falls and Toronto. I really hope that they had a good time. Below are few pictures from last week.

Congratulation Cathy for receiving her Bachelor degree in Social Work

After 5 days of endless driving around the east coast I’m finally home. Pictures coming soon!!!
9 more hours, my cousin and my aunt from Hong Kong will be arriving the city of Rochester. Over the next 12 days I will be taking them to NYC, DC, Boston,Phili, Niagara falls and Toronto. It’s going to be a shit load of driving, but I’m really looking forward to it. Anyway I will be back in a week. See ya!
As I was reading Ahdont’s friend Gabs’s article
on the Mogan Shan Race. I got an email from my friend Jack about his new advanture The Western States Endurance Run
The Western States Endurance Run is conducted along the Western States Trail starting at Squaw Valley, California, and ending in Auburn, California, a total of 100 miles. The trail ascends from the Squaw Valley floor (elevation 6,200 feet) to Emigrant Pass (elevation 8,750 feet), a climb of 2,550 vertical feet in the first 4½ miles. From the pass, following the original trails used by the gold and silver miners of the 1850’s, runners travel west, climbing another 15,540 feet and descending 22,970 feet before reaching Auburn.
It makes my marathon and triathlon training seems like little kids running around the block.
I just want to say life is so full of endurance; I encourage everyone to take sometime to try to find it. It is a beautiful thing.
I had my first therapeutic trigger point massage on my lower back yesterday (my lower right back was a mess). Oh man it felt so good but yet so F%^king painful. She mentioned that after each session of deep tissue work, I should not do any form of exercises for 24-48 hours. Therefore my plans after work tonight will be lying on my recliner watch LOST and do absolutely nothing. Believe it or not it is very hard to find time to do nothing these days.
