Ironman China
Ironman China Ltd. (ICL) has announced that it has entered a hosting agreement with the City of Haikou, Hainan, for the staging of the inaugural Ironman China triathlon . The first-ever Ironman in China will take place on April 20, 2008 in Haikou, the capital city of Hainan Province.

Feeling frustrated
I ran today, I ran hard and fast for 13 miles hoping I could run away from all my angers and frustrations.
A friend of mine once asked me “Why do you enjoy endurance sports so much?†My answer was, you have to pay your dues in order to see results it’s a 1 to 1 ratio. Unlike other things in life, you cannot take shortcuts or sweet talk your way through a tri.

Good eats
Recommended by my sister’s friend, I had dinner at Lento
Desperado psp last weekend. Lento is a fine dining restaurant with a focus on local, seasonal, fresh and organic ingredients.
We started out with the Frito Misto for appetizer - a mixed fry of calamari, piquillo peppers and chickpeas served with garlic aioli. The initial aroma was just irresistible, texture was light and crisp, with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice, it was really a treat.
Main course I had the grilled organic ribeye steak with a puree of butternut squash and potatoes, sautéed local rappi. The steak was perfectly grilled to my specification, it was very well seasoned that any additional salt or pepper was just not necessary. I wasn’t too crazy about the puree; it was a little too sweet for my taste, it’s no one’s fault just my picky personal preference.
Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Lento. I will definitely go back again.

The ribeye is a fattier cut compared to other cuts like flank or sirloin, the extra fat content makes it a extremely tender, rich and juicy when its cooked right.
