Next week will be my 1 year anniversary at my current job. It was a rough start to begin with, but now l am glad I made the move.
The past couple weeks had been pretty crazy but rewarding, I was working closely with the sales team to help them with defending RFPs (Request for Proposal). It was really an eye opening experience that I never got to see at my old job.
I still remember when I had to present my part in front of my client (10 of them). The whole time I was thinking, this is bread and butter, and this is how we put food on the table.
For once in my career I felt that my colleague’s job security depended on my performance (Especially with the economy now). This week when I found out we won both of the RFPs that I worked on. Oh man what a rush!!
I fear that rush will turn me into a workaholic.

Why aren’t you going to the gym?
My mom often asks me that question once or twice a week.
I don’t know, maybe it’s because I’m feeling lazy, or maybe it’s because I’m working full time with crazy hours, and taking classes 2 nights a week, oh wait maybe it’s because I need time to do my homework assignment, and also I would like to spend sometime with my friends.
Yesterday, she told me that I will look much better if I can shed some weight. That was just pure meaningful, perhaps I should tell her that I will quit school, because I need to spend sometime on the treadmill. Where are my priorities?

It is 10:38 at night, I finally checked into my hotel for some well needed rest. This week indeed had been pretty busy.
I spent 12 hours on Sunday working on this project using Adobe Captivate. (Worst software on the plant) I truly hate it with a passion.
Today I ran around like a headless chicken, trying to figure out why an swf file won’t play on my VP’s laptop when the swf is embedded inside an PDF.
4:00 I ran out the door to catch my 5:30 flight to New York La Guardia. When we got to NY, the car rental company has nothing but compact car. Unfortunately I was the smallest in the group, so I got stuck in the back seat for an hour ride. My motion sickness got so bad that I almost had to have my co worker to pull over.
Well I think it is time for a hot shower and some sleep. Another long day coming up in 8 hours

As you all can see I gave this site a brand new look, I am still doing some minor tweaks to make it look more user friendly while maintaining the core structure. So again feel free to leave me your feedback on what you like or hate about it. Constructive criticisms are always welcome.
School is on break next week, so I am really looking forward to get back in the gym, and also do some catching up on my class reading.
